Making more room for trust alongside uncertainty.

Individual online work with Marta in Bulgarian and English.

In our first conversation, we discuss your worries during pregnancy. Together, we consider whether this approach is right for you.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy can bring enormous joy, but it can also make fear feel very close.

You may worry about your baby, your body, medical appointments, test results or whether everything will continue to be okay. Previous pregnancy loss, fertility treatment or a difficult medical experience can make it especially difficult to relax into the present moment.

RTT can help you work with the thoughts, associations and earlier experiences behind those fears, rather than simply trying to tell yourself not to worry.

You may want support with:

Worries & medical appointments

  • anxiety during pregnancy;

  • fear that something may go wrong;

  • worry following previous miscarriage or pregnancy loss;

  • fear connected with previous difficult pregnancy experiences;

  • anxiety around examinations or medical procedures;

Trust & calm

  • difficulty trusting your body;

  • feeling unable to relax or enjoy the pregnancy;

  • building greater calm, confidence and emotional steadiness.

The aim is not to eliminate all uncertainty – pregnancy can never offer that – but to help fear occupy less space in the experience.

The emotional side matters too

Hypnotherapy does not replace fertility assessment, reproductive medicine, antenatal care or obstetric care. It can work alongside medical care, supporting the emotional and psychological side of the experience.

How we begin working on this concern

  1. First conversation

    We begin with the worries taking up the most space — such as appointments, test results or a previous difficult experience.

  2. RTT session

    An RTT session usually lasts 90–120 minutes. We work with the experiences and associations connected with your specific concern.

  3. Support after the session

    After the session, you receive a personalised recording to listen to regularly over the following weeks. We stay in regular contact during this time. After a minimum of three weeks, we review what you have noticed and whether further work would be useful.

What happens inside an RTT® session?

Before we begin

What if I am receiving medical care?

Hypnotherapy does not replace antenatal care. Share your current care during the first conversation.

Do I need to know where the worry began?

No. We can start with how you feel today and explore the connected thoughts and associations.
